COVID-19 DELIVERY POLICY UPDATE
Tutto will contact all customers and confirm delivery time and date as well as provide driver details. We will do our best to communicate delivery times and fulfil our orders in a timeous manner. We will communicate all delays via email, whatsapp or phone.
No-contact delivery protocols:
Our drivers have been instructed to keep a safe distance when making deliveries. They will be wearing gloves and will ring your bell, place your bags at your door and then step back to wait for you to receive the items. In the interest of avoiding contact all payment is requested to be made in advance so you won't need to sign for anything. Our driver will check your name and order to confirm everything is correct. Please do be sure to wash your hands before and after receiving deliveries as an additional safety precaution.
