Handcrafted from pigs fed on milk, cereals and acorns in season, with no growth hormones nor antibiotics, and Bushpig from the woodland of the Kamberg Valley, Brett Moller and Franco Esposito specialties are made according to Apennine traditions that are time tested. Herbs, spices, wine and the intrinsic flavor of good pork and Bushpig is what impart taste to our cured meats. No flavourants (MSG) nor colourants or “meat stretchers” find their way into our products.
